“It sure is nice to have a place where you can go to get good service and information when needed. I have been to your place several times and have always been rewarded with proper things to purchase when I explained my needs.

Last Thursday I brought in a hanging rack which needed new chains for four corners. The young man showed me the chains and I asked if someone could put the chains on. I said I would gladly pay to have it done but he did it and said no charge. It would have been impossible for me to undo the chain and install new ones. He was very polite and as I did not know his name I can only say he was ... surely an asset to your business.”
